This 5 star property is quiet and peaceful yet only a minutes walk from the Town Centre, and 5 minutes by ferry to Gunwharf Quays at Portsmouth with its excellent waterfront restaurants, bars and designer shops. The location with its easy access to good public transport links means a car is not essential. Guests often report the car doesn't move during their stay at Waterside!

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, juicer, food processor, blender, large fridge/freezer. 2 bar stools.

Lounge /Dining Area - 32' x 13':
Flatscreen tv, sky tv, wireless internet access, music system, dvd player, selection of books, cd's and dvds. 2 x 3 seater handmade luxury sofas, 1 x 2 seater sofa. Uninterrupted views of marina and harbour. Dining room table with six dining room chairs. Door to balcony.

Master bedroom - 12' x 10':
Ensuite shower room. Choice of either one king bed or two 2'6" single beds. Waterfront views. Door to balcony. Luxury his and hers bathrobes. Soft bathroom towels and complimentary Molton Brown toiletries.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 with bath and shower over bath. Bathroom 2 with electric shower.

Exterior:
Large 6m x 4m balcony accessed via living room and bedroom. Stunning views of Spinnaker Tower and harbour. Sun loungers, garden table and chairs. Ashtray for smokers.

Self catering accommodation for guests with limited mobility

We can provide a wheelchair to save you bringing one in the car, and a bath board to aid guests in the bathroom which has a bath, plus there is the second bathroom with a shower. There are no steps to negotiate once inside the apartment. There is one step over the door threshold onto the balcony; a wheelchair ramp can be organised for this for ease if required. If you would like to hire a mobility scooter whilst on holiday, we can put you in touch with local companies that provide these at reasonable rates.
