A stunning home with 2 acres of grounds with pool, situated a 20 minute drive from the city centre. Guests are guaranteed peace and tranquility in this fully serviced and staffed home with English and Moroccan owners on site who have lived in Marrakech for 20 years, here to help you with any requirements during your holiday in Morocco.
5 double ensuite bedrooms each have their own private terrace and pool with sunloungers or deck chairs. Guests have the luxury of plenty of sunloungers by the large pool, two tented pavilions in the spacious gardens, and patio area with sofas. There are 2 bungalows in the grounds of the villa and a separate twin room away from the main villa next to the gym, ideal for teenagers or young adults who would prefer their own space!

A peaceful oasis from the vibrant city of Marrakech, with hosts who have lived and worked in Morocco for more than 20 years and who live at this stunning private villa. Organised tours can be booked in advance of our arrival, or subject to availability during your stay and along with the experienced Harrington Homes team can provide recommendations and advice on restaurant bookings, arrange shopping trips in the colourful souks or trips to the Atlas Mountains.

THE GROUNDS
Bungalow 1/Double Bedroom 1:
Situated in grounds of Villa. Choice of either superking (6') double bed or two single beds, air conditioning. Ipod dock, hairdryer, safe. Sleeps 3 with camp bed provided. Living area with seating for 7 and patio doors opening out to private terrace. Bathroom with bath, two basins, shower over bath. Small kitchen with 4 ring gas hob, microwave, kettle and fridge. Private terrace with seating, garden table and deckchairs.
Bungalow 2/Double Bedroom 2:
Situated in grounds of Villa. King (5') double bed, air conditioning. Ipod dock, hairdryer, safe. Sleeps 3 -4 with camp bed provided. Living area with seating for 7 and patio doors opening out to private terrace. Shower room. Small kitchenette, microwave, kettle and fridge. Private terrace with seating, garden table and deckchairs. |

THE MAIN HOUSE
Breakfast is served at a time to suit you, either in the dining room in the main house, on the outside terrace, either pavilion or in your suite.
Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen staffed by the owners and their team. All meals are prepared here by the staff for your breakfast, and if booked in advance lunch and dinner. Teas and coffees are available all day served by the team. Any special dietary requirements can be accommodated, please advise in advance of arrival.
The Eastern Suite / Double Bedroom 3:
Situated off the central courtyard in the villa's main house. King double bed, air conditioning, Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. Tea and Coffee making facilities.
The Gold Room / Double Bedroom 4:
Situated off the central courtyard in the villa's main house. King double bed, air conditioning, Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. Hairdryer. Tea and Coffee making facilities.
THE ANNEXE
The Blue Room / Double Bedroom 5:
Two 3' single beds, air conditioning. Ensuite shower room. Hairdryer. Tea and Coffee making facilities.
Gym:
Gym/dance studio with weight lifting equipment
Garden :
A landscaped garden approximately one hectare in size. Pool with sun loungers and parasols, two separate seating areas, two large gazebos with seating and table. Private terraces to each bedroom with seating. Large terrace to main house. Table Tennis. |
