Bury Tower Visitor's BookA small selection of our guests’ comments received by email or by post "Many thanks for the prompt repayment of the deposit, and of course for all your help in arranging our very successful 70th birthday celebration weekend, my mother had a wonderful time, as indeed did we all! The weather was not our side unfortunately, but thank goodness the covered area over the decking at the house allowed us to still have our BBQ for 25 people. The house was lovely and absolutely perfect for our party size. My nautical relatives were very impressed by all the amazing yachting photos too." "We had a lovely time in the house, plenty of rooms (large) and bathrooms. We may use you again for a hen weekend with a house that size. We did find a really nice pub, The Old Lodge, which is a 10 minute walk from the property and near the village church where we had a lovely Friday lunch and also Sunday dinner there, so may be worth mentioning to other visitors who may not want to go to Portsmouth. We would highly recommend it." "Thanks for the swift refund of the deposit. We all had a lovely time, the property was super and very well presented, and the rooms large and airy. "The hot tub (optional extra) was certainly worth all the efforts. We really enjoyed it. It was filled with hot water when we arrived so we were able to 'jump' in after we settled in. We had a wonderful time. The beds were nice (new bed linen obviously fab) and everything was clean and tidy. We all would love to return to the house." "We all had a lovely weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Bury Tower House is lovely and an excellent base for the area. I would recommend it to anyone. The house is spacious and well equipped with ample parking and a lovely garden. The fruit, chocolates and wine were a thoughtful touch. Thank you for all your help in the organisation of my weekend."
