This listed home has been lovingly restored and retains many of its original Georgian features. Enjoy the luxury of a real fire in the living room or entertaining in the large dining room. Outside are two private gardens with off road parking available for up to six cars. Plus, if booked in advance of arrival, a boat and trailer can also be accommodated.

Six Double Bedrooms:
One bedroom on the ground floor. Five bedrooms on the first floor. Choice of king double or single beds to suit. See bedroom layout choices below.

Four Bathrooms:
One shower room on the ground floor. Two shower rooms and one bathroom on the first floor. Bathroom towels provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

2nd fridge / freezer, butler sink, washing machine, tumble dryer. Door to patio/garden area. Window overlooking garden and decking area.

Living Room 18'1 x 13'8:
Selection of sofas and armchairs, feature period working fireplace. TV, DVD player. Georgian french doors leading out onto the private walled garden with lawn.

Dining/Family Room 29'10 x 11'13:
Large dining room table, 16 dining room chairs. Two small sofas (including 1 sofa bed), TV, Music System, X-Box with Games, Board Games. Georgian french doors leading out to the garden.

1 x king double bed, or 2 x single beds. French doors opening out onto rear garden and raised decking area.

Bath, shower over bath, sink and toilet. Next to bedroom number 6.

For hen or bachelor parties up to 16 guests can be accommodated in 16 single beds on request.

All beds have feather and synthetic pillows with quality Egyptian cotton linen.

Tower Room:
Who will be the first to find the secret tower room!? Two chairs. Ideal place to escape the crowd or for a small den for the children!

Families:
Two travel cots and two highchairs can be provided on request. Families are asked to bring their own bedding and linen for the cot(s). One stair gate also available.

Exterior/Two Gardens:
Rear garden with lawn, decking area,  garden tables, seating, parasols and one gas BBQ. Front walled garden with lawn and number of flowering shrubs.

Parking:
Off road parking for 4-6 cars at rear of house with parking space available for boat and trailer on request.
